Introduction

The Diagnostic Thinking Inventory, DTI, is a validated tool that allows an individual to assess their progress towards effective clinical problem solving. It automatically calculates and presents your results which you can compare with those of your peer group.

Who should use it

The  DTI is valid across the entire spectrum from first year medical students to senior practising doctors in hospitals and in the community. It can be used by an individual or as part of a training programme.
